Process

Doors and drawer fronts are removed and sprayed in shop for all color changes. Frames are cleaned, sanded and sprayed. All areas are masked off in the house and encapsulated with an exhaust fan vented to the outside. Two coats of 2K primer are sprayed. One coat of 2K color is sprayed. Doors and drawers are sprayed in shop. Shop is heated up to 77 degrees to provide optimum environment for primer and color to dry properly. An exhaust system and dust control are used in the shop to insure a dust free environment. Manufacturer directions and specs are adhered to. Color and primer are sprayed to 4 wet mls. Primer and color are treated to 77 degrees prior to spraying to improve performance.
