Overall good experience. Mike and Jim were easy to work with. Any concerns were addressed promptly and taken care of. The new doors are holding up well and our kitchen looks so much better! Definitely recommend!

We had a house fire and were displaced for months. We were told we needed our cabinets replaced due to smoke damage, but we loved our cabinets and asked Mike Zibel,if he could paint and reface them. Mike fit us in so that we would be back in just in time for Christmas, even though he was booked out into the next year. He came on time, finished on time and did a beautiful job! Our cabinets look brand new and beautiful. Not just a paint job, a degrease, clean, sand, 2 primes and industrial coating. He used Benjamin Moore Owl Gray. As a special gift, he replaced all my hinges with the soft close hinges at no charge. He and his guy were very meticulous, professional and detailed. I love my cabinets!! He also recommended a really good painter for the whole interior of the house that had smoke damage. He was also all booked up, but came nights and weekends to get us back into our home. Robert Gamache, Renewit Renovations. You would never know there was a fire. We have a new house.

We hired Mike to paint our oak cabinets white and are very pleased with the results! It brightens up the space and feels like a new kitchen. He was a pleasure to work with, very responsive, and managed working around our 3 dogs 🙂 thanks mike! (And Jim!)

We selected Hartford Renewal to update our 31 year old oak cabinets. Other contractors told us that Oak could not be refinished to a high standard and wanted to replace all the doors and cabinets at a much higher cost.
The job was started on time and Mike delivered on his promise that his process would vertually eliminate the grain of the oak. He was absolutely right. We could not be happier with the finished product.

Overall a great service. Very pleased with the quality and end results. He is responsive and puntual at all times. Significant cost savings compared to my original plan of refacing with the major chains. Attached picture of the end results, sorry i thought i took a before.
